1.Step one – Choose the product and file type

You only need to follow 4 easy steps to fully customize your exported products file from WooCommerce:

✔️ Choose what kinds of products you want to export. You can choose from Simple, Variable, Grouped, or External products.

✔️ Also, decide whether you want to export products to a CSV or XML file type.

✔️ You may also choose to export products for Google Merchant Center product feed.

Step two – Conditional Logic
Set the conditions for your custom WooCommerce product export.

✔️ You can easily manage the export of products. Determine that products will be exported only if they meet given conditions.

Examples of conditions you can manage:

• Category name
• Product description
• Product SKU
• Product title
• Product stock

3. Step three – Manage file product fields
Determine what product data you want to export to your target file.

It’s up to you to decide what columns the exported products file from WooCommerce will have.

✔️ Simply uncheck with the checkbox the fields you don’t need in your target file.

In addition, you can also select attributes to export or change the prices of products based on stock or product parameters.

4. Step four – Product export settings
Perform final changes before exporting products.

✔️ In this last step, you can name the file you will export, set the number of products in batches, and specify the separator.

✔️ Also, something super useful: you have the opportunity to schedule a cron that will export the file for you.

Determine on what days of the week and at what time the sync should take place.

✔️ In addition, select file location, and FTP path and tick the checkbox if you want the images to be saved in .zip.
