Need to send form data from your WordPress site to an external API? The Webhooks Add-On for Gravity Forms allows you to do exactly that. Easily pass information such as form submissions, payment data, and more to the third-party service of your choice.

Seamless Integration

With the Webhooks Add-On, you can pass form data from any form on your website to an external service or application, even when there isn’t an official add-on available for it. Simply install the Webhooks Add-On and then configure what data is passed to the callback URL.

Request Methods and Formats

Using the Gravity Forms Webhooks Add-On, you will be able to make remote HTTP requests to external services when a form is submitted. The supported Request Methods include GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, and DELETE. You can also select to pass the data to the Request URL in a JSON or FORM format.

Custom Headers and Data

The Webhooks Add-On allows you to configure one or more custom HTTP request headers as well as define what data is sent with the request. Opt to send ‘All Fields’, or you can ‘Select Fields’, allowing you to select to send specific form field data, entry meta, or a custom value, which will display a text input that supports merge tags.

Conditional Logic

As with all our forms, you can use Gravity Forms’ built-in conditional logic to only trigger Webhooks when you want to! Choose which submissions will be sent to your third-party service or application, and which ones won’t be, based on how a user has completed the form. This ensures that you only collect the information that is useful and valuable to your business.
